Below is a summary of your average coach day out:

• We pick you up from your selected pickup point between 8am and 9:45am.
• You'll be given a sheet of paper summarising the trip details. This will always include:

               The details of all the walks you can choose to go on.

               The time and place the coach will leave from.

               Details about the next trip that you can book for.

• During the initial part of the journey there will be the chance to book on the next trip and settle any unpaid seats.
• The luxury coaches that we use are equipped with a toilet.  Please use this facility, if required.
• The coach will head to the final destination and pull up at each walk's starting point where the courier will call out when each walk needs to get off.
• From now on you're in the hands of your walk leader. They will take you on the walk, make sure you have a great day and get you back to the pickup point in good time.
• Once you're back after the walk there should be time to check out the town, or go to a pub or cafe. Please arrive back at the coach 10 minutes before departure.
• When back on the coach, enjoy the ride home or have a quick nap until you are back on home turf.
